MINOR CAST & GUARDIAN PROGRAM

This program was born out of years of hands-on experience, parachuting in and out of kids’ productions to investigate, mediate, and de-escalate challenging situations involving parents, guardians, and crew. That real-world insight became the foundation for developing the industry’s first proven program designed specifically for minor cast members and their parents, ensuring a positive, productive, and age-appropriate on-set experience.

We support the entire production lifecycle, offering clear guidance to both parents and crew while fostering a psychologically safe (and fun!) environment for everyone involved.
